Trust and security
How we think about your material
Tullya works with your positioning, your proof points, and your unreleased plans. This page is where the detail on how that is handled will live.
Where this stands
Documentation in progress, stated plainly
Tullya is pre-launch. Rather than publish a security page written ahead of what the product actually does, we are documenting the real behaviour first and will publish it here. If your procurement process needs answers before then, ask us directly and we will tell you what is settled and what is not.
What this page will cover
The questions procurement asks first
Three areas, each of which will be documented in enough detail to answer a security review rather than to reassure a reader.
Data handling
We are documenting exactly what a customer gives us, what we store, and how it is protected. That documentation is not published yet.
Separation between customers
Tullya is designed to keep one customer workspace separate from another. The specifics are being written up for review before we state them here.
Third parties in the path
A current list of the services involved in processing customer material is in preparation and will be published on this page.
How your content is used
In plain language
You give Tullya the material it needs to write like you: products, personas, competitors, messaging, and proof points. It uses that material to produce the deliverables you ask for.
Three questions follow from that, and they are the ones worth asking: what happens to that material beyond your own deliverables, how long it is kept, and who can see it. We are not going to answer those here with language that has not been checked against the system. Ask us and you will get a direct answer, including where the answer is still being settled.
Security questions
Talk to a person
Security reviews, questionnaires, and anything you need before your team can evaluate Tullya: write to us and we will route it to whoever can actually answer it.
Still evaluating Tullya?
Bring the questions your security review needs answered. We would rather have that conversation early.
